Descripción No. 1 forma parte de la colección Faux Flora, una exhibición sensorial del ciclo de vida de una planta reflejado en los hitos humanos, presentada y estrenada en el Museo Nacional Nórdico. El ciclo de vida de la planta —germinación, crecimiento, floración, formación de semillas y dispersión de semillas— se superpone así al ciclo de vida humano: nacimiento, infancia, adolescencia, adultez y muerte. Faux Flora surge de experiencias universales, creando flores míticas que son de otro mundo pero a la vez familiares.
