I was worried the peach blossom would make this too sweet, but the sandalwood dries it down into something warm and grown-up. I've been wearing it to the office and it lasts a solid six hours without being loud.
The peach blossom keeps this from smelling like every other violet perfume I've tried. On me the orris and sandalwood come through after about an hour, and it lasts a solid workday. Easily the most worn bottle on my dresser right now.
I was worried the violet would go powdery on me, but the orris keeps it smooth and the sandalwood dry-down lasts a solid six hours. Wore it to a dinner and got asked twice what I had on.
