Description « Shukran est mon cadeau à un peuple, à un lieu spécial de mon passé. Au Maroc, j'ai effectué la plupart de mes recherches en ethnobotanique. Je voulais évoquer le côté le plus joyeux de mon expérience marocaine, les moments paisibles passés à boire du thé à la menthe et à écrire mon journal de voyage. Le thé à la menthe est un moment de convivialité au Maroc ; les hommes s'arrêtent pour discuter, ne serait-ce que du regard. C'est un parfum très important pour moi.
