説明 芸術が力強い感情を呼び起こすように、フレグランスもまた同様です。MDCIは、過去の絵画の傑作に着想を得た新しいフレグランスを創り出すために、卓越した調香師たちを起用しました。
1795年に友人のジャック＝ルイ・ダヴィッドによって描かれた、この美しいセリジア氏の肖像画は、調香師イレーヌ・ファルマシディに、この洗練された複雑なフレグランスを創り出すインスピレーションを与えました。
The saffron and incense opening caught me off guard at first, almost medicinal, but give it twenty minutes and the honey and cinnamon warm everything up beautifully. I wore it to a dinner and caught the cardamom and oud on my scarf the next morning.
The saffron and cardamom opening is what got me — spicy but not sharp, almost like warm honeyed tea. I get about six hours of wear before it fades to a soft incense skin scent, which is honestly fine for the office.
The oud and sandalwood in the drydown are gorgeous, smoky but not harsh at all. Saffron and cardamom keep it interesting for hours without ever feeling heavy. I've worn it to dinner twice and gotten asked about it both times.
