ムーン・ブルームは、チュベローズの短い命を探求した作品です。茎や葉のフレッシュなグリーンの香りは、甘くスパイシーな白い花の中心部の、麻薬的に豪華な香りを予感させません。香りがドライダウンすると、クリーミーなココナッツと温かい樹脂の、濃厚で湿り気のある、ほぼトロピカルなベースへと熟成します。
I’ve worn a lot of tuberose perfumes, but this one feels different—the coconut and leafy greens keep it from going powdery or heavy, so it stays lush without being a headache. It lasts a solid six hours on my skin before fading into a soft resinous warmth.
Opened the cap and it’s like stepping into a humid greenhouse—that leafy green edge keeps the tuberose from going too sweet, and the coconut just softens everything without turning sunscreen-y. Lasts a full workday on my skin, too; I kept catching whiffs of the resinous base at my desk around 6 PM.
The tuberose and ylang-ylang hit first, creamy and lush, but the coconut sneaks in just enough to make it feel like a tropical evening rather than a heavy floral. Lasted a solid six hours on my skin before fading into that soft resin base, which I honestly didn't expect from a natural perfume.
