The strawberry and blackcurrant opening smells like real fruit rather than candy, and it fades into something soft and powdery within the first hour. I've worn it to dinner twice now and keep catching it on my scarf the next morning.
The vanilla and white musks dry down so soft and warm, and it actually lasts a full workday on my skin without fading. I keep catching whiffs of the sandalwood hours later. Just wished the bergamot lingered a bit longer at the start.
The iris and sandalwood keep this from being too sweet, so it reads more grown-up than most gourmands I've tried. Lasted a solid eight hours on my skin, and the vanilla drydown is soft rather than syrupy.
