The saffron and sandalwood really come through on the dry-down, giving it a warm, resinous depth that lasts well into the evening. I've gotten multiple compliments just from a couple of sprays, and the vanilla keeps it from feeling too heavy for a gourmand.
The bergamot and labdanum blend into such a warm, resinous dry-down that the vanilla lingers for hours on my skin. The saffron adds just enough spice to keep it from feeling like a basic sweet scent, and I keep catching whiffs of it hours into the workday.
The saffron pops right at the start, then that vanilla and patchouli settle in deep—I keep catching whiffs of it hours later and it’s honestly addictive. Bergamot keeps it from going too heavy, so it works for me even on warmer days.
