The Bulgarian rose hits first but it's the sandalwood and vanilla drydown that sold me — warm and creamy without going syrupy. Wore it to dinner and could still catch it on my scarf the next morning.
The vanilla and sandalwood drydown is warm without turning too sweet, which I appreciated. Only reason it's not five stars is the peony fades faster than I'd like, maybe three hours in. Still a really pretty floral for evenings.
The Bulgarian rose is unmistakably the star here, though the sandalwood and vanilla keep it from turning too sharp or old-fashioned. I get a solid six hours out of it, which is decent for a floral, but I do wish it projected a bit more in the first hour.
