The green apple and date combo up top is what got me — tart for about ten minutes, then it melts into this soft leather and musk that lasts most of the day. Wore it to dinner and kept catching it on my scarf, which is exactly what I wanted.
I was worried the violet leaf would make this too sharp, but the narcissus absolute softens it into something almost powdery by the drydown. The clearwood keeps it grounded without going heavy, which I appreciate since I wear it to the office. Easily the most interesting leather I've tried in years.
The dates and green apple give this a juiciness I wasn't expecting from something labeled leather. It dries down soft and musky on my skin, almost like suede instead of a heavy hide. Wore it to dinner and kept catching it on my scarf.
