The Dominican vetiver keeps this from turning into a straight up incense bomb, which I appreciate. It wears close for the first hour then blooms into this warm, resiny amber skin scent that lasts most of a workday.

I expected the resin and olibanum to make this feel like church incense, but it's softer and more wearable than that. The Dominican vetiver keeps it grounded without going sharp, and it lasted a full workday on my skin.

The amyris gives this a warm, almost creamy woodiness that lingers for hours on my skin. I wore it to dinner and kept catching whiffs of the resin and vetiver mix all night. Easily the most interesting unisex scent I've picked up this year.
