I was skeptical about cumin in a perfume, but on skin it turns into something warm and almost intimate, like a second layer of skin. The carrot seed gives it a soft, powdery edge that keeps it from feeling heavy. It's the scent I reach for when I want to feel close to myself.
The musk-and-costus drydown really does smell like warm skin after a long day, and it sits close enough that only someone right next to you catches it. I’ve had the 2025 bottle for three weeks and the cumin never goes sour on me, just stays soft and a little dirty.
The carrot seed and cumin give it this weird, almost savory warmth that settles into a soft musk on my skin—like my own scent but turned up. I sprayed it on a scarf yesterday and I can still catch that lingering flesh-like trace this morning, which is exactly the vibe I wanted.
