Description Back by popular demand, Slumberhouse's Sova is an intensely animalic chypre fragrance with dominant notes of hops, beeswax and castoreum.

The castoreum and beeswax dry down is unreal, it goes from this animalic leather to something almost honeyed on my skin. Two sprays lasted a full workday, which never happens with my dry skin. Easily the most interesting bottle I've bought this year.

The poplar and hay notes hit hard at first spray, almost like a barn, which took some getting used to. Once the vanilla and amber settle in it's warmer, but the opening is rough enough that I only reach for it occasionally.
