I expected straight-up Christmas tree, but the peppermint and basil up top keep it sharp and cold instead of sweet. The drydown is where it wins me over — that cypress and cedar combo smells like actual winter air on skin. Lasted a full workday on my wrists too.

The star anise and clary sage dry down into something warm and woody that lasts most of the day on my skin. I wore it on a cold morning walk and the cypress and pine needle notes felt like actual forest air. Genuinely my favorite winter scent now.

The peppermint opening is sharp in a good way, like cold air right off snow, then the cypress and pine needle take over within twenty minutes. I've worn it on gray mornings when I needed something bracing rather than sweet, and it does exactly that.
