I've been wearing this daily for two weeks and the dry-down is what sold me — that creamy sandalwood and patchouli base lingers for hours without getting heavy. The mandarin and bergamot keep the opening zesty enough that it works even in warm weather.
The ginger flower opening is bright without being sharp, and once the magnolia and jasmine settle in it turns soft and a little creamy. I get a solid six hours before the sandalwood takes over, which is more than I expected from something so citrus-forward.
I wasn't sure how ginger would wear on skin, but it settles into this warm sandalwood and patchouli base after about an hour and smells way more expensive than it costs. The mandarin and bergamot opening is bright without being sharp, and I've gotten asked what I'm wearing twice already.
