The coffee and tobacco drydown is what sold me — it smells like a worn leather jacket and a cold morning, not sweet at all. Rose shows up just enough to keep it from going full ashtray. Lasted a solid eight hours on my wrist.
The pink pepper and ginger give this a sharp opening before the rose settles in, and I keep catching the vetiver hours later on my sleeve. It's resinous without being heavy, which is exactly what I wanted for cooler evenings.
Wore this to a dinner and someone leaned in asking what I had on. The coffee and tobacco drydown is cozy without being heavy, and the rose keeps it from going full cigar lounge. Lasts a solid eight hours on my skin.
