I wasn't sure about the clary sage and coriander seed at first, but once they settle the whole thing turns into this soft, salty skin scent. The white pepper gives it just enough bite so it never feels sweet or cloying.
The ambergris accord keeps this from being just another soft floral — it's salty and a little skin-like, which I wasn't expecting from the notes list. Wore it to dinner and my husband kept leaning in to ask what it was.
