I was skeptical about the citrus-incense combo, but the juniper berry adds this unexpected sharpness that keeps the frankincense from feeling too heavy. Lasted a solid six hours on my skin, which is rare for a citrus-forward scent.
The dry-down is where this one wins me over—the iris and cedarwood soften the citrus into something almost creamy, and the juniper keeps it from getting too sweet. I sprayed it on at noon and could still catch whiffs on my scarf past dinner.
The bergamot is sharp and true at first, but that juniper berry and frankincense combo turns it into something smoky and almost mysterious on my skin. I've worn it to work and it lasts a solid six hours without getting cloying, which is rare for a citrus scent.
